You can buy this bag with confidence! I'm considering buying one in each color! Features I Love: * Nice, supple leather (one reviewer said it's not real leather. I don't know what they were talking about) * Adjustable straps so I can wear it comfortably as a crossbody or handbag; * External zip pocket for phone, keys and work ID; * Internal zippered divider pocket for secure carry; * internal side pockets for easy access (lipstick! phone! pen! quick without digging!) * very thoughtful design detail - half ring to keep the end of the adjustable strap from dangling, I needed a chic and stylish bag that could be worn to work. The picture shows the things I usually carry with me: wallet, makeup bag, water bottle and shoes (I wear hiking boots and change at the office). Everything fits perfectly. And the bag still closes with all that stuff! I can even fit a few 8" x 11" (vertical) files. The pocket is not padded so be careful if you need to carry your laptop or iPad around. There are no handles or "legs" on the bottom, but the bag stands on its own, full, beautiful, but be careful what surface you put it on. All in all a pretty bag.
