Recommended by a chiropractor many years ago. I no longer do Ciro because it only helps temporarily and is expensive. I have tried this pillow several times with varying results. I never liked it before because I sleep on my side. This pillow is not good for that and when I slept on it on my side I felt uncomfortable, uncomfortable and woke up with even more pain. Now that I can finally train myself to sleep on my back, not only have my neck, shoulder, and back pain gone, but so have my hip, knee, and ankle pain! I thought I was breaking down and tried everything. It is VERY difficult to teach yourself to sleep on your back. But it can be done and your body will thank you. This pillow helps a lot.
