Well, I'll start with the pros: - cheaper than real leather but a few bucks more than comparable offerings - has a more realistic leather pattern than a competition, which has something of a basketball-style dotted pattern; the discharge log is not too large; seems easy to clean; it doesn't really slide under the weight of my laptop; fit fairly quickly; To be happy on this surface I now have a real downside, which is that polyurethane sticks to my hands when I put them on it.
