I'm size 34D (under bust 30) - had to choose S/M
Originally ordered L/XL but it was too comfortable and didn't provide much support. and the compression isn't too heavy, but offers legitimate media support. Also, it's not too tight to wear over your head/shoulder (but if it were smaller, it would be big). I see a trend towards Chinese underwear - everything is too big. I always order down. I think they overcompensate for the fact that Chinese clothing is usually very small.
