I loved customizing this little device to keep my bathroom smelling great. The setup part wasn't as intuitive as I would like. Instructions were missing, especially for a device intended for commercial use. But once you set it up, it works great. Was working great until one day I had to change canisters as the canisters showed as empty. When I installed a new gas station, nothing happened. I turned it off and on again, took out the batteries, tried pressing a few buttons but nothing changed because I thought I hadn't put a new refill in. $65.52 per whistle and I will not pay $78.86 for a brand new whistle - way more than I paid originally and not worth it. Nothing I tried worked again. Also, of course, it only has a 1-year warranty, so I can't replace it. I will say this to those buying for commercial use or in general, DO NOT BUY!
