Wow! That's a lot of duct tape! I'm a runner and I sweat like a sinner in church so it's like a crucible (um sweat?) for this band. I usually buy KT Extreme or Rock Tape, they are very sticky. If I didn't know it was an XI brand I would have thought it was extreme KT. My only downside is that this tape leaves a very sticky adhesive residue, which is not the case with the brands above. It holds very well and won't let go until I take it off. I don't leave my tape on for days so I can vouch for its durability but it didn't let me down for 6 hours. Just be prepared to use a coconut oil based moisturizer to wipe away any glue residue. Even though I shower with soap after my run, the adhesive is too tacky to remove with soap alone.
