Update: As soon as the seller found my emails, he contacted me straight away. They explained the problem, apologized and immediately sent a replacement. This is of course a great product. I am very satisfied with both the customer service and the industrial shelving. First Review: It would be a great product if the company responded to the following email (which I sent 3 times :) "I recently purchased your industrial pipe. A shelf that looks very nice. Unfortunately when reassembling there were no 8 "A" tubes, only 4, and also 4 tubes that appear to have been assembled with the wrong part on one end. (There were also a few parts that connected to the wrong pipes, which confused me a bit until I figured out what went where!) Since your instructions said to contact you in case of a broken part, I'll mail you this email along with some photos. I would be very grateful if you could send me the right parts so I can assemble and use it properly. Thank you very much." I'm disappointed in the people from Anynice. The product looks very well made and would make a good home for my Buddhist books. I was planning to buy other products from them as well, but when I didn't get a reply from Getting customer service if parts are missing I can't risk it I hate to give a bad review for a good product but when it can't be used due to missing parts and lack of customer service I can't call it a good product Disappointing .
