The product sucks and the quality is terrible.
I bought for a beard trim, succumbed to the brand and the ridiculous cost. The result is a completely useless gadget. It takes about 30 minutes to cut the beard around the mouth. During this time, the batteries have time to finally die. Long hairs do not equalize at all - you can drive back and forth for one minute over one area of the skin, and several long hairs will remain intact. Don't be tempted by the price, you'll buy something else later.
