Ratings are correct #1. The shovel that comes with the holder is more of a novelty than a useful legal tool. #2: The spoon holder is too small for many spoons and you may need to replace both your existing spoon and the new one that comes with it. And finally, it's plastic and doesn't feel that great and is easy to clean without taking it outside or using a hose. I do not recommend this for longtime cat owners who have existing shovels. Swapping two feed scoops is too risky. If you are just starting out as a cat owner I would buy this, then take it to the local pet store and find an actual feeding spoon small enough to fit in here. or better yet, buy a toilet robot and never shovel again. I bought this to be more decorative than anything else and to use with our old box style litter box that we use when raising TNR kittens. Otherwise we only use cleaning robots for our personal furry friends.
