Very glad I gave it a second chance. I bought one and it didn't work even after trying the troubleshooting steps. I watched the video, everything seemed to be done correctly, but the shampoo did not drain. I decided to trade it in and try again as it otherwise had good reviews. The exchange through Revain was very easy, the old one was delivered to our local UPS shop and the new one arrived the very next day. The second worked as advertised and I was able to bathe my mare quickly and easily. The shampoo made her coat nice, clean and soft. I have a bad back so this product relieves my back too. Highly recommended!
