Very thick and very warm
I am determined to wear them so much this winter that I have to buy more! Also, they make great gifts for others. What makes her so special? They have something like combed cotton (?) in their socks, which is very soft - even softer than lambswool. This, along with the thickness of these socks, is perfect for us Upper Midwesters when it gets really cold and we want to stay home and keep our toes warm. I'm also more sensitive to cold than others, so I'm comfortable in it when visiting parents, overnight stays during snowboarding season, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone with cold toes.
