I originally bought these headphones for running. Knowing what's going on around you while being able to distract yourself is a good thing when you're running (or walking) down a road (for safety reasons) where cars are driving. When I first got them I loved the sound, the convenience (headphones don't dig in your ear), no need to fiddle with whether they stay or fit! I had a problem after less than 12 uses (I was sweating all over) I started having problems with the volume not working (sound was low and then increased), then the left side of the ear started to get too static and then a screech was emitted one day high pitched sound when I tried to use them. I was dismayed that this happened after such a short period of use, so I contacted the company, they responded to me quickly and perfectly and wanted to help solve the problem! They replaced my old ones with new ones (they even let me choose the color!) Happy to say my new ones are working beautifully!
