The scale itself is accurate but the body and visceral fat readings are very controversial. At 6ft 2in tall and weighing 184lbs, it showed my body fat percentage of 21.7%, which qualifies as obese, combined with a reading of 13 visceral fat to match the obese classification. While one may be skeptical of my review, I would like to emphasize that I do not eat fried foods, beverages, baked sweets, candies, sodas, etc. Essentially, these readings challenge anything that requires measurements on other scales. Bluetooth works well with the App although the app may need an update to run smoother. Since the price is reasonable, I'm not overly upset by the scale's shortcomings. If that bothers you, I would suggest other scales.
