This gel/ointment worked great for me after kneading it and following the product directions. My main issue with this and the reason I'm giving neutral 3 stars instead of a higher rating is that the product description page is missing VERY important details. According to the packaging, there are temperature limits for this – if the product is warmer than 50 degrees, it becomes too sticky for use. That should be on the product page for people living in warmer regions. I live in a cooler area but might have avoided it if I had known ahead of time that the warmer temperatures cause stickiness as our summers can get quite hot and we don't always use air conditioning. I haven't tried it since Spring because I'm afraid of damaging my keyboard, but it helped me a lot in Spring. knew it beforehand and wasn't surprised when I received it).
