I bought my Meeting OWL Pro in September 2020. My job requires me to meet with the court, clients and others online. In addition, as a lecturer, I can organize a group of several people in my office, from where I lead the lessons. OWL is powerful enough for video deposits as well as panel discussions with online observers. It's a great companion for Zoom, Team Meetings, and Webex. Meeting with OWL Pro works! The 360 degree camera is clear and elevated (11 in; 13 cm) above the table. He looks me in the eye, not my nose. I have a great nose but I guess that's my opinion! :) The sound is rich and clear. TIPS: Please use a high-end laptop with MS Windows 10 (Windows 10 Pro is even better quality). You must have a smartphone nearby to change the camera angle. BUY OWL Pro for a room where the speaker may be 5 feet or more from the OWL. Other microphones may not be able to connect to the speaker. Please add the OWL camera and microphone to your computer's audio and video settings, or your ship will sail without you! Online video meeting. Mic mute is superb. No feedback. The mic is more reliable than the mic on my high-end laptop. Headphones and headsets are not always welcomed by other people or the court. GENERAL INFO: While not cheap, Meeting OWL Pro is a serious investment in office equipment. GOOD TIP: When using newer computer hardware, I connect an HD monitor to my laptop using a DisplayPort or HDMI connection. Thus, everyone in the room can also see the screen of the owner's laptop. NEED: Practice with another person. Practice with the software product you will be using. Finally, watch video tutorials on meeting software.
