This suitcase has the smoothest pull out handle that I think I have ever used. Seriously, the button it so easy to push and the handle pulls out smoothly and silently. The wheels turn and quietly roll along, rolling over any little bump or rug that is in the way. When you pick it up and set it down (since it was empty) there was a bit of a hollow echo sound from metallic outside. Being a hard sided case, this bag can take a few knocks and still carry on with its travels. It will also keep your stuff safe. Once you unlocked the zippers and unzipped the front panel, you can open the whole thing up. There is only one way in the bag and that in through the front panel. You unsnap the side supports for the front panel. There are 3 snaps on each side. This allows the front panel to open and lay flat. Then you can unzip the second layer, exposing the inner compartment. There is plenty of room in there and of course the standard straps to keep things in place. The hard sides to the bag would allow for someone to sticker their bags with travel stickers like some do with their cars. It is a discreet bag, almost unassuming and nondescript. yet it still stands out and apart from the crowd. You will have no problem picking your bag out from the zillion black bags at the luggage carousel. Great investment for life's adventures waiting for you.
