It doesn't look like it will pass the utility test.
I received it very promptly. I make masks and need something comfortable and small to wear glasses and such. This one is small and soft. It has no core, so it has no power. He is very easy to understand. A 5 inch piece will stretch to 11 and 1/2 inches very easily. So if you want something soft and super stretchy that won't hold up to washing in the washing machine, then this might be for you. I make masks for eternity. It says the cable is 1/8 inch, more like 3/32. It just won't work for me.
