Useful but too big for small frames
is too wide for me. Instead of just tucking under my stomach, it takes up almost the length of my entire torso (see photo). That means I have to sleep with it either under my chest or under my thigh, neither of which are very ergonomic. It's better than nothing, but if you have a small build or short torso, you may want to consider other options. For reference, I'm 5'4" and 16" from armpit to waist. Pillow length 15". Otherwise the quality of the product is very good. Soft, removable cover and comfortable foam, not too hard and not too soft.
