Love it! I wish it was bigger - I have 9 cups, but that means 9 espresso cups, not 9 standard sized cups. I knew that before I bought it, so I went with the biggest one. The only thing I hate compared to a regular coffee maker is that you can't look inside, there's no perfect way to know when all the liquid is cooked, but that's not really a problem, I just prefer it before being able to SEE everything. I use it all the time and would buy it again. And if I use the same coffee in it as in the Reggo machine, for some reason it tastes better. Remember, if you're a fan of neatness, this thing can get really dirty. Mine is now completely soiled inside and out.
