Sturdy but uncomfortable to use

My usual everyday belts are "gliding belts", which suit me very well. However, they are made of leather and are not very suitable for activities such as hiking and camping. I was looking for a more durable belt that would work well for outdoor activities and this Magbelt ALMOST did it for me. The band is really strong and durable which I like. He's not trying to be aesthetically beautiful, but that's okay. It's pretty stiff to begin with, but the more I use it, the easier it is to work with. The buckle is simple but appears to be quite strong. I also really like how tight you can tighten this strap. You can actually pull on that magnet and pull the strap nice and tight, and it stays that way even when you're active. My problems are related to Join Points. Unfortunately, the end of the webbing that you don't fasten - where it only attaches to the buckle - tends to move. So when you unbuckle, that fixed end can move a bit, and that's another thing to align before you can buckle it back on. Likewise, the end of the belt that you buckle is a bit uncomfortable. When you pull the strap to loosen it, you absolutely must pull away from your body to break the magnetic pull. As you pull THROUGH your body, the magnet will slide. Not that these issues are anything, but I really don't waste time thinking about or fiddling with my belt. It should just be quick and thoughtless. I will definitely use this belt but only if I need something stronger and more durable. Otherwise, my sliding straps are just faster and more comfortable for everyday use.
