I have just ordered a second set as they fit my sports bras very well. The original pads that came with sports bras were a sponge with fabric glued on, which came off after a few washes, then the sponge started to tear around the edges. These inserts are sewn around the edges and are made of a material that's soft enough to be easily inserted into a bra, but hard enough to be undetectable. I've been using the first set for a few months now and they still hold their shape and fit so I've ordered another bra for more bras.
