Inexpensive thread. Ideal for bobbin thread for embroidery or quilting. I also use it on my serger. I had to put the thread on a large spool holder to use it on the sewing machine, but it worked really well. This is a nice smooth thread with no lumps or bumps. I've sewn both underwear and cargo shorts with it. It's strong! And good, with a wonderfully smooth aftertaste. I have also used it for dog bandanas for charity as they need to be heavy duty and this thread needs to hold up well. Very happy with my purchase
