I'm 5ft 10in, 230lbs, 48in chest, no neck. The sleeves are tapered towards the end and a bit shorter than normal motorcycle jackets, which is fine for me as I have short arms. The table says xl but I followed other reviews and chose xxxl and I'm glad I did. Lots of pockets! I also like "no collar" because I ride without a windbreak and the collar is a bit of a compromise. I don't button it all the way and make sure the top button is in place and it's perfect. The sleeves pull up when you grab the handlebars. So if you have long arms, this jacket is not for you. But for us short, burly people, this is definitely a jacket! Very well made and very high quality. The only downside is that when you pull out the thermal pad in the shoulder area, a velcro strap opens which provides a pocket for the armor and that really isn't a disadvantage as you can just tuck it in and it won't bother you.
