I like that it's made of rubber. I won't break it if it falls. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it's too high. The shaving soap sits pretty deep. Because of this, beating the lather is a little awkward, because to get the soap with a shaving brush you had to squeeze the brush with your fingertips. While this is not impossible, it does make the process cumbersome. My previous shaving mug was about an inch shorter and the perfect depth. This is indeed a decent coffee mug. Overall I still like the mug as it is unbreakable. I would buy it again if I can't find a shorter version.
