Review on PEEKAB Scratching Tracking Interactive Scratcher by Charity Holloway

If you can, jump on the heavier ones.

If I had to do it all over again, I'd pay an extra $10-25 for a heavy base weight package. My cat doesn't seem to lie, despite being a big scratchy cat and a bit playful. I think the main reason she won't go back to him is because he's unstable and she's afraid he'll falter and falter. It's not without weight, so the company hasn't tried to make it heavier, and the cat stops before it can pull it. But for an adult cat that just isn't enough, it seems to me. It connects very easily - and I'm not very good with those things - but it was designed to be very easy. I give good grades for that. I'll try adding catnip and if the cat comes back and uses it regularly thereafter I'll have a pretty good idea of its longevity. It's a solid product, but a little more money for a little more weight and maybe height, and it's a cut above.

Pros
  • STURDY AND SECURE: Square base eliminates tipping and wobbling, 1.2 inch thick base for added strength and stability.
Cons
  • boring packaging
