I bought one of these lockable first aid kits because I wanted to keep my personal meds visible and out of the public eye. I like that the cabinet is portable, with a transparent front door and a carry handle. I usually keep mine in another wooden cabinet that sits above several other cabinets above the toilet. I wish the locking mechanism was more secure, often small keys would get stuck in the lock and I had to be careful how hard I was on the key locks and base lock. The overall rigidity of the case is okay as long as it's not moved too often - it looks like it's made of chipboard with light alloy edges and corners. I don't usually move it, but I noticed that it can be fixed to the wall with screws if you want more permanent positioning. I'm generally happy with it and would buy it again if needed.
