In the photo you can see how "PYRAMID" is printed on the plastic backing? The one I received has no name and is the same one you see in the "Pyramid Compatible" listings. I checked my order history to make sure it says "Genuine Pyramid 4000R Replacement" and that it was made by Pyramid. Well it is NOT. We had problems with this ribbon shortly after replacing the old one. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem and it turned out to be a poor quality tape. waste of money and time. Inaccurate list and misleadingly presented. This item was purchased from "Compumatic Time Recorders, Inc". Attention buyers. :(
