Review on Bristle Brush Scrubber Dustpan White by Lisa Walker

I bought this for my class with very young children and it suits us very well. It's a bit big for kids but great for us to clean up. I was hoping the mop side would work well to clean up large water messes and it worked. Keeping water in the trash can is a bit difficult, but not impossible. The side of the brush cleans soft foods off the floor better than a regular brush with plastic bristles, and that's the most important thing. I love that this brush is so easy to clean - we use it on a lot of groceries and just rinse it out. and shake it and it's ready to use again, unlike the regular brush that I often had to dip in water to clean and then take forever to dry. I expect it to last a lot longer than a regular brush. Plastic brush bristles tend to bend and become fuzzy. At the amount we use, I'd say they only last for a school year or two. This brush has been in my classroom for three months and showed no signs of wear. Perhaps the most unexpected use of this brush is cleaning carpets. Our carpet often gets greasy food, dirt stains from the kids changing shoes etc. I can brush the crumbs off the carpet if needed, brush out the sticky food and use it with a spot remover cleaning spray - not only does this provide a gentle agitation, but it lifts that too carpet yarn, improve its appearance and speed up drying.
