In December 2018 I bought a MoKo Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 - [Heavy Duty] Full Body Case for my Samsung product. After a few weeks, the footboard and support around it showed signs of premature fatigue. Rather than go through the lengthy process of returning an item to Revain, I have chosen to keep the Moko case as I own several other Moko products. Now the footrest and surrounding support have given way. MoKo neer answered my question how long is the warranty period for the MoKo Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 case and if I can now exchange it or get a credit for the goods.
