Decent for sure but not wow
They keep my hands warmer than if I had nothing on, but fingers still sting/tingle after about half an hour walking outdoors in 40 degree(F) weather with a gentle breeze.I had no problems using my smartphone but the gloves themselves are a bit stiff and slippery in the grip area so I didn't feel too secure holding the phone, but I was able to use the phone as far as touchscreen without any other issues.
