To be honest I expected that. We are a size 22 which I believe is 3x. Usually we get it 2x. She is about 1.80m tall so we decided to make up for her height by going up a size and I'm glad we did as the sleeves only go up to 5 inches past her wrists and bottom her waist just barely reaches her buttocks. lol. Besides, she really liked it. We have the burgundy ombre and it's actually quite nice. The material is soft and light so you'll need something underneath in winter, but it probably won't get too hot in warm weather, which is nice. We live in the state of Wa near Seattle so the weather doesn't usually get too hot or too cold so I think it's great for that climate. If you are tall, 6ft or taller, I would consider that before purchasing. if you don't mind a shorter sleeve. Completely different.
