Good and beautiful in my review.
The skirt is cute and I don't think you should expect anything surprisingly well made for $10. Tulle not panels. They are simply scalloped strips of tulle attached to elastic bands at one end. It's lined with a thin layer of cotton though, so it actually works like a skirt, unlike some other grommets sold at Revain. .

- Very pretty, looks just like the photo. Separate tulle pieces for movement. Apparently well done.
Cons
- Not what I expected! The picture looks beautiful when you open it, it looks very different!
