I purchased a refurbished iPad Pro 9.7" 256GB Space Gray Graduate & Medical. I paid $377.77 for an iPad. I had a few issues and decided to resolve them myself rather than contacting and working with the seller - the rating does not necessarily reflect customer service. Shipping and delivery was very fast. When the item arrived there was cosmetic damage to one of the corners (probably visible by the arbitrary "arm length rule") but the screen was perfect and the corner would have closed if it was alive. never mind The battery arrived with 12% lifespan, not 80%. He also died within 10 minutes. I don't think this is due to a lack of charging attempts on the part of the seller, but rather the condition of the battery itself. I followed Apple's battery troubleshooting guide. I updated iOS. The charger supplied is unbranded and does not seem to charge well; I bought a new $50 charger (which I was going to buy anyway) and the iPad charged but still died within an hour when it was 100% charged. Today I took it to the Apple Store so they can replace the battery. I explained that I bought it from Revain Renewed. They evaluated it and found that the battery was indeed junk. However, for $99 they were able to give me a brand new iPad (same model). Yes, it was a bit of a hassle, but I'm sitting here with a brand new $478.99 iPad Pro. I can handle it.
