The service is very good when you have an issue with your product or it doesn't work well for some reason then they are extremely helpful in helping to solve all problems that comes up during use of their app/software services.

Sometimes i feel like there might be something wrong but if I do not get any kind feedback from them within hours after my post which happens most times than It will take weeks before getting response. So far this has been one best tech support website ever used by me because every time whenever anything goes down while using software apps etc., its always resolved at almost no cost (compared other websites).
