works I will find but not what I was looking for. I wanted a machine that would handle "distinctive ringing" by forwarding it to one of the additional mailboxes, but that doesn't work. The call will only be diverted to a separate mailbox if the caller has pressed #2 or #3, and for this to work you must leave it in your greeting, so this is very different from a "distinctive ring". I figured out the instructions on how to leave an outgoing message, but they were different than the instructions that came with the instructions. I'll keep using it until I find one that handles the "ring of distinction". I had a really good one, but unfortunately it died after 10 years of continuous use and Casio no longer makes it.
