*Update* -- The seller contacted me and offered to replace my monitor, so I'm upping the stars for the good customer service. Once I've determined if this monitor works better I'll come back and give my feedback. I hope the one I originally received was just faulty. I love the size of this screen, but I get frustrated every time I pull it out to use it. I can never get up properly. Once I plug everything in, it sometimes doesn't recognize that a computer is plugged into it. The input for the computer cable is loose or has some kind of short circuit, which is very frustrating! Too bad I can't go back.
