Most useful for long and thick hair.
I have long thick hair so it's difficult to find a shower cap that gives full coverage. They are perfect for that. The rubber strap fully stretches out in about 2 months with almost daily use, so I have to buy a replacement for about the same amount of time. If you want a hard to find larger size like mine then this is worth buying.
