These shoes are comfortable but big.
I originally ordered my usual size 10.5 shoes but they were huge. I reordered size 9.5 and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and look great in both casual and business shoes. d Be sure to follow the advice of some other reviews and order a half or a full size down from your usual size.
