It's easy for employees, supervisors or managers with limited IT experience (or no) at all! I love that you can set up rules in advance without having an administrator do so first - this saves me hours of work every month when someone wants something new added/changed after they've already left my office :) The reporting features are great too; we're able use reports such as "Top 10" most used timesheets by department etc., which has been very helpful during our audits where clients have asked us about their top 5 offenders from previous months' data collection efforts!!
