Started using it as soon as I received it. I had a couple of necklaces that broke and I finally got around to fixing them. The chains are actually starting to come loose, the clasps half and half don't work or are very difficult to operate. The attachment of the necklace to the clip moves so slightly that they come loose. Definitely not what I was hoping for. Update: When I contacted the company after the first post, I changed the rating to four stars due to their excellent customer service. Companies rarely contact you immediately because their product doesn't work for you.
