Review on GRACE KARIN Rockabilly Petticoat Underskirt for Girls' Clothing in Skirts & Skorts by Todd Calloway

We bought the cropped version to wear under my daughter's evening dress on the way home. We had to purchase a child size (12-13) even though her dress size is women's XS. (She is 4 feet 10 inches tall). All of the adult petticoats we tested were too long and protruded from under the dress, which isn't the look we wanted. too little She wears it under all the dresses in the photos I've attached.
