There were no problems charging and connecting to the phone. Has a solid sound. Not just deep bass, but natural voices from the videos I watch. Headphones are comfortable. I sometimes wear them for a few hours straight and don't even feel like they're in my ears. The control buttons are easy to find and everything works perfectly. The built in volume control was one of the top features at the time of purchase and works as expected. Have made a few phone calls and no one has complained from the other side so I think it works decently. I always charge it in the charging station overnight so I don't have to worry about battery life, but it's definitely good enough for my needs.
