This has been a awesome DVD player. We've had it for 3 months now and we use it just about every week for our 2 year old boy. It has survived several car trips, daily at home plays. We keep it in a case as our little boy likes to drop it or likes to open and close the lid quite often. It comes with a wall charger and a car charger. Ours came with a remote, but since we keep it in a case, it blocks the sensor, so we've not used it.We have read the reviews on many other portable players and most have said that theirs don't last as long or they survive one car trip.It's been a great player.We have not used the USB or the card reader, so I can't give you anymore info on that.I would recommend this to anyone who has kids.
