Swaddleme diapers really are the BEST diapers! My son has been using them since he was in the hospital and is still using them at 3 months old (we just switched to swaddling). He hates having his arms wrapped at his sides, and this allows him to put "hands on heart". The little ones fit him until he was about 2 1/2 months old (13 pounds, about 24 inches), then they got a little tight at the bottom where he couldn't fully straighten his legs (photos show the difference between small and large). . Then we bought a big one and it works so well. Love the fact you can still use them if you want to wrap your hands. His moro reflex still wakes him up but he's nearing the point where he'll soon be able to roll over so I try to get him in the palm rest but his outstretched arms are preventing him from falling asleep so I caught him to wrap. with one hand and it works very well. I just bought diapers but I still have these diapers. Just make sure by the time you're about four months old and not wrapping your arms yet, there's a choking hazard warning on the diaper if your baby is of a mobile age. Just use common sense. The child cannot turn their head or adjust if they accidentally turn over in it. It's not the diaper's fault, it's designed to restrict movement.
