I really liked the design of the Nike Flexon glasses, the only downer was the bright neon yellow silicone ear pads on the side - not professional enough for my work. While in the store noticing that the neon yellow pads were removable, I went to Revain and immediately ordered "BCP 6pairs Silicone Eyeglass End Tips". The low price combined with the top-notch shipping made it worth the risk. The BCP cleats work great with my Nike frames. Initially, the tips are much shorter than Nike's original neon yellow tips, but the silicone material slips up easily. I was concerned that the opening of the cleats was too small based on other reviews, but I had no problem getting the silicone cleats onto the Nike frames. Now the sides are all black and look great.
