In general, the product is worth the money, I'm confused by the volume. I'm in my 60's and I'm sure my hearing is much worse than when I was a little kid. Kids in this target age group could be at half the volume they were designed for, sound clearer with a tiny cheap speaker, and be much safer with their hearing or volume controls. Oh yeah, it might cost two bucks more and a bit of hassle, I forgot. Not everything is louder better.
