Review on Quality Hangers Clothes Pack Space Saving by Christine Wilkie

Very nicely made but too small for men's clothing that is wider at the shoulders. They are great for women's clothing, moreover, they have hooks for straps and a handle not only on the shoulders, but also on the bottom of the pants. But unfortunately they are a bit narrower than usual plastic and velvet hangers for men. Although they appear to be very well made hangers with some shoulder grip being smaller, they seem better suited to women's clothing with a wider neckline to keep them in place. They seem easier to use than velvets, which are so pliant that it takes more time and effort to get clothes off hangers. Unfortunately I have bought them for many husband and son shirts but they are too small and worse for wider shouldered coats so I will be returning them as I also bought 50 of these. If I bought less I might keep them for myself, but I don't need 50. I have a lot of velvet hangers. But if I had discovered them before the velvet ones, I have to say that these are much better and I would have taken these instead. That's why I gave them 4 points. The man who designed them is smart, but he didn't realize that American men have broader shoulders and are generally taller than women. So if you need them for menswear I don't recommend them unless it's a small size as they are too tight and small. I would give them a 2 or 3 for that. But for womens clothing if that's what you're looking for they are a 5 and they look great because they are thin enough to fit more clothes in the closet and also have hooks for belts. and with a good but not excessive grip for wider necklines when not hanging your coat. For this I would take another more durable and wider bracket. And if you need a lot of hangers, $50 for $30 is a great deal.
