customer service is lacking as is battery duration in most settings
The light itself is fine, except the durations in most settings is about half of other manufacturers. Also, the e maillink for customer service (info@brightroad.com} is a sham, and inoperative.
Pros
- Light works great. Bought an extra bracket to easily move light to another bike.
Cons
- The battery life may not be sufficient for longer rides or for cyclists who frequently use their front light during daytime hours, requiring constant recharges and interruptions to the cycling experience
