OrCam My Eye 2 helps me be a better parent to blind moms

I've been using OrCam for about 3 years. I am legally blind and have no vision in my left eye and 20/900 in my right. I have two daughters aged 6 and 4. With this device, I was able to read fairy tales to children, easily find groceries in the fridge, and listen to medication instructions when they are sick. It's also easier for me to help them with their homework since not all the information coming home from their schools is presented in an accessible format. I just point my finger and have school flyers read aloud to me. Also, I recently went back to school myself and have found that OrCam has greatly reduced my reading time while working in the classroom. It also helped reduce the fatigue and eye strain I would experience from using a portable magnifier. OrCam is portable (fits in your pocket), trendy (can be used with almost any eyeglass frame) and the battery life is impressive. OrCam has helped me become a more active mom, professional, and student. The company understands the needs of the blind/visually impaired and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend OrCam MyEye 2.
