Let me start with the most important part: I recommend it. The price is GREAT! The reason for the 3 stars is that it smells like chemicals right out of the box. Hand washing didn't fix it so I tossed it in with a regular washer and dryer load. It helps me. It fits me well. I have a narrow face and a medium/small head. I would describe it as absolutely comfortable. So tight that I realized I had been holding my breath for too long after putting it on. The hole is just above my eyebrows and just above the bridge of my nose. (If you know you have a big head, this might be too tight for you. BUT the fabric has a bit of stretch so you may feel comfortable after a few seconds.)
